BrightPath House Rules & Resident Conduct Policy

Home / House Rules

This document outlines the rules and expectations for all residents. Compliance supports a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment. All residents must review and sign acknowledgment of these rules upon admission.

Resident Eligibility and Ongoing Requirements

Resident Eligibility and Ongoing Requirements

  • All residents must maintain active employment (or verifiable job-seeking with staff approval) and participate in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), outpatient treatment, or equivalent recovery-related treatment program unless program was completed with success. Failure to meet these requirements may result in termination of residency.
  • Due to the proximity of BrightPath homes to schools and for the safety of all residents and the community:

Individuals with prior convictions for sexual offenses (including any requiring sex offender registration) or arson are not eligible for residency.

Individuals with a history of arson are not eligible for residency.

If a resident is charged with a sexual offense or arson during their residency, they will be required to leave immediately (Immediate Termination).
